Biographical Info

Dr. Amos Shemesh serves as the Director of °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ & Faculty Affairs in the Department of Emergency Medicine at °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ.

Dr. Shemesh is a graduate of the University of Vermont College of Medicine, completed his Emergency Medicine residency training at the University of Pennsylvania with a Healthcare Leadership in Quality & Safety track focus, and served as Chief Resident. 

Dr. Shemesh is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and practices emergency medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and NYP-Lower Manhattan Hospital. He has spearheaded a number of important department and hospital initiatives and serves on a number of local, regional, and national committees.
